In 2019 Karina Basharova, the first International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach (MCC) in Latvia, joined "100 Coaches Europe" project.

Why 100 coaches in Baltics
In 2022 Marshall Goldsmith and Karina Basharova announced the "100 coaches in the Baltics" to support the coaches in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania in their effort for positive impact in turbulent times.
Yearly 10 coaches from Baltics will be awarded this title, starting from 2022.

Time to Apply for Nomination!
In order to apply you need to supply your CV and a 1-min video in English describing your coaching mission, industry, philosophy, and positive impact. You do not need to be a professional coach but we expect that you have substantially invested in people's success and development in the chosen industry.
